My Top 5 Pink Polish

Starting with the lightest shade of pink we have the Gelly Hi Shine Nail Paint from Barry M in the shade Rose Hip. Rose Hip is a very light baby pink shade with a creme finish. Its perfect for a neutral look that would go with every outfit. This shade is appropriate if you work in a corporate office. This was gifted to me at the Bloggers United Event in Perth.

Application: I have tried other shades from this range but i found that this colour is not as smooth as the others but its an easy fix with a good top coat. I generally apply two to three coats to get this polish opaque. Doing light coats would also be recommended as it can look patchy with a heavy handed application.

Nail Lacquer from OPI in Mod About You. Mod about you is a pastel pink with a creme finish. Its a cool toned pink so it looks great on all skin tone. Its very opaque and has a very runny formula. This is also a part of opi’s core collection.

Application: I always apply two coats of this polish for an opaque finish and the new formula is so much better quality then the first bottle that I tried few years back. Top coat will give it a great glossy finish and even out if there are any patchy bits but this polish looks amazing with a matt top coat.

Dior Varnish in Lady number 294. Unfortunately ladies this is a limited edition from Dior, which sold out before I could blink. Hell bent on buying it I had to purchase it from Ebay au. I couldn’t be more happy with that decision. Lady is the most beautiful muted pink polish with a slight rose undertones. Lady is as pretty as it gets. The formulation of the Dior polishes is amazing. It is by far the best polishes I have tried.

Dupe: The closest one I could find was the Maybelline Color show polish in Mink Lust.

Application. Lady is very smooth and very opaque for a light colour. I love the natural look from just one coat but I love how easy it is to build up by just doing two coats. It is one of my go to’s.

Loreal polish in Jardin Des Roses number 222. Jardin Des Roses is a bright pink with a creme finish. It doesn’t any more feminine and girly then this shade. Its definitely a eye catching shade. For all the girls that talking with their hands and are looking for that perfect shade of bold and beautiful pink. This is it. It looks a lot more brighter then the bottle.

Application The formula is really easy to work with and is very opaque. It is very bright so one to two coats is more then enough.

Last but definitely not the least. Loreal polish in Rose Ballet umber 224. Rose ballet is such a stunning dusty pink colour. If you like earthy tones this one is definitely for you. I love this shade on my feet it looks so pretty and elegant. Works well with any outfit, but looks specially pretty if your wardrobe is 90% filled with whites and blush tones.

Application: One coat is pleanty and its a really easy formula to work with.

The Barry M polish was gifted at The bloggers United Event In Perth. I am mentioning this product because I like it. I am not being paid for it.
